Virtual Birth Debrief Session

  • One virtual 1:1 session (1 hour) during which we will go over the details of your birth in any way you would like. Birth debriefing is SO important for understanding how things unfolded and finding peace in the outcome. Whether you had a traumatic birth or not, debriefing your birth can have beautiful benefits. My job during this session will be to simply listen, and answer any questions you may have.

Duties include:

  • Light housework

  • Emotional & physical support through recovery

  • Informational support on recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills.

  • Assistance with newborn care to allow parents to rest, shower, etc.

  • Basic lactation support (referrals may be given for support beyond my scope of practice)

  • Light meal prep

  • Running errands

  • Basic sibling support

  • Informational support

  • Referrals as needed
