About Me

My name is Jasmine and I recently moved to New Jersey with my family. My husband and I have been married for four years and are blessed with two beautiful boys. It was through their births that I began to discover the true beauty in birth and the need for more support for new and expectant parents. I am incredibly excited to start this new chapter of my life here in New Jersey, where I hope to provide holistic support and guidance to expectant parents during their childbirth experiences. I LOVE my job and I feel so grateful to be able to help people through such a transformative time. I cannot wait to continue my journey as a holistic birth professional and make a positive impact on the lives of families in this community 🌿🤍

Welcome!

I'm so glad you’re here! Birth is one of the most powerful, beautiful, and sacred moments in a person’s life, and I am here to help guide you through it.

What is a doula?

Why hire a doula?

What should you expect?

A doula is a physical, emotional, and informational support person during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Studies have shown that continuous support during labor can be effective in producing more favorable birth outcomes.

  • 10% decreased need for pain medication

  • 31% decrease in unsatisfactory birth experience

  • Higher likelihood of spontaneous vaginal birth

  • Shorter labors by an average of 41 minutes

  • 25% decreased risk of c-section

  • 38% decrease in baby’s risk of a low APGAR score

Having a doula during the postpartum period can provide support for parents while they navigate a new chapter in life.

Before you choose to hire me as your doula, we will meet for a free consultation to decide if I would make a good addition to your birth team. If you choose to hire me, you can expect prenatal appointments and continuous support during labor. After you give birth, I will continue to provide support for up to two hours. We can set up a time during your first two weeks postpartum for me to make one postpartum visit for up to two hours. Additional postpartum visits can be arranged.
